To search online for your Invoice, you need one of the following numbers:
Rental agreement number
Reservation number
Avis Preferred Wizard number
How you should proceed, if using the rental agreement number:
If you have rented in Europe, Middle East or Africa,
Please place an E before your rental agreement number, eg
E123456789.
If you have rented in the US or Canada
please place an U before your rental agreement number, eg
U123456789.
And if you rented in Australia or New Zealand
add a P before your rental agreement number, eg P123456789.
Do you need help finding your invoice?
It may take up to 24 hours after the rental until the document is available for online retrieval. And you can
only do that for rentals that were closed within the last 6 months.
If you have booked through a travel agent and paid in full, you can get an invoice from your
travel agency.
