Additional drivers can be added for USD 11.08 per day up to a maximum charge of USD 110.8 per rental.
Any additional drivers must be present when you collect the car. All drivers must meet our conditions of rental. See the Driver Licence/ID and Age Requirement sections for full details.

Age information |
|
You must be 23 years old to rent all car groups at this location.
If you are 21 and 22 years old you must pay a young driver surcharge of USD 9.99 per day for a maximum charge of 10 days.
No maximum renting age restrictions or senior driver surcharges apply.

Security Deposit / Pre-authorisation amount: (This is the amount that is held on a renting customer’s payment card when picking up their vehicle)
Please provide specific details of any amounts which will be preauthorised and held on a renters payment card at time of checkout, please ensure comprehensive information is provided for all car groups and fleet .
We will take a deposit to cover any costs in case of damage or theft.
** In case of any accident, you should call us to send you an expert, otherwise you will be charged the whole cost of the accident and not only the deductible.
- The renter is accountable to pay the deductible despite the accident’s responsibility.

Taking your vehicle outside the country |
|
Vehicles must not be taken out of the country of rental.

Cancellations and No Show Charges |
|
If you make a Pay on Arrival booking and do not collect your vehicle a fee of 1 day rental charge will apply. If you no longer need your vehicle cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the pick-up time to avoid this charge.

Waiver and protection options |
|
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver reduces your liability if the vehicle is damaged. If the vehicle is damaged you will pay the cost of repair up to the excess amount.
CDW is included in most rates sold on Budget websites.
CDW is available at this location. The costs and excess charges are detailed in the table below. If your rate includes CDW this cost is already included in your rental price.
Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)
Super CDW reduces the excess you would pay if the vehicle is damaged. The reduced excess is shown in the table below. Super CDW is also known as Excess Reduction.
Theft Protection (TP)
Theft Protection reduces your liability if the vehicle is stolen (subject to an excess). The costs and excess charges are detailed in the table below. If your rate includes Theft Protection this cost is already included in your rental price.
Super Theft Protection (STP)
Super Theft Protection reduces the excess you would need to pay if the vehicle is stolen. The reduced excess is shown in the table below.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
Personal Accident Insurance will be offered to drivers at the rental location. The cost of purchasing PAI is USD 5.55 / day.
The maximum coverage in case of disability (per person) is USD 25,000.00
The maximum coverage in case of death (per person) is USD 25,000.00.
Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability covers drivers in case of damage, including damage to passengers and their property, when using a Budget vehicle.
Third party liability is included in the rental price.
Maximum coverage in case of damage to property is USD 500,000.00
Maximum coverage in case of personal injury is USD 500,000.00
Maximum coverage in case of death is USD 500,000.00

Drivers license and ID requirements |
|
Each driver must show photographic proof of identity and their passport at the start of the rental. All drivers must present a full and current driving licence which has been held for at least 1 year(s). The licence must be valid for use in the renting country.
If your licence was issued outside the European Community you must provide an International Driving Licence.

Traffic Fines |
|
The customer should pay the fines and present the receipt while returning the car. In case any fine is not paid we will charge it on the customers credit card after informing him. an extra service fee will be added to the invoice.

Fuel charges |
|
Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental. To avoid refuelling charges please return the car with a full tank of fuel.
If the fuel tank is not full we will fill the tank and charge you for the fuel. Fuel is charged at market price plus tax.
A refuelling service charge of 50% applies.

One Way Rentals |
|
One way rentals are available between locations in Lebanon at no additional charge.

Collecting and returning your vehicle |
|
The driver must present proof of identity when collecting the vehicle. Please see the Driving Licence/ID Requirements section for more information.
During Office Hours
If you are delayed and arrive outside of office hours due to a delayed flight no additional charge will apply. This only applies if you enter your flight number when booking.
If you are late we will guarantee your rental for 2 hours. After this time your reserved car may be released and rented to another customer.
If the customer wishes to extend his agreement, the lessor has the right:
-To refuse in case he needs to get the car back to fulfill reservations already taken.
-To increase the price of the original booking. If the customer wishes to reduce the rental length.
-The lessor has the right to increase the price of the original booking.
Out of Office Hours - Collection
It may be possible to collect the vehicle out of office hours. This must be requested at the time of booking with 24 hours lead time. The charge for this service is USD 16.65. This service is not available if the rental is booked online.

Out of Office Hours - Return
If the vehicle is returned outside of office hours the driver is liable for damage or theft until the car has been inspected by a member of Budget staff.
You may return the vehicle out of hours if you request this at the time of booking. There is no charge for this service.
Late Return
Unless agreed differently, all customers must return the vehicle and any optional extras at the time/date and location stated on their rental agreement. If the customer believes they will be late, it is in their best interest to request an extension from us.
If the customer returns the vehicle late without our prior agreement, they will be charged a late return fee of $15 + VAT, which is applied for the day and each subsequent day the vehicle is late. This is in addition to the additional days rental charges per 24 hours.

|
Baby seats, child safety seats and child booster seats are available for USD 11.08 per day up to a maximum charge of USD 110.8 per rental.
Snow chains are available at a cost of USD 11.08 per day.
GPS units are available at a cost of USD 22.18 per day.
Mobile Wifi is available at a cost of USD 22.18 per day. Budget provides this service on behalf of a third party and there's a fair usage policy of 1GB per day
Roadside Assitance Plus is available at a cost of USD 7.77 per day.
